-3- Steering. Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions} has the geometry in hand. We have to produce a scheme for a Marles Box for the first car. Subsequently we may try a Burman Douglas. First Car to have an existing box if possible Dashboard. Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames} has this in hand. Radiators. The Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} design will be used on the first car because it is an M.40. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} has the shell and grill in hand which is a coachwork section commitment. A scheme is required for a matrix yoke and wing stays based on B.V. but simplified. Frame & Fittings. The designs of this section need completing. The body brackets require designs. Petrol Tank. A scheme is needed for an 8 gall. tank for M.40. Rear Suspension. Schemes have been provided by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CB. see PL.370 PL.411 and PL.419. Bonnet. This belongs to the coachwork section. The above is only a brief outline of the specification, touching on the main items. As soon as you have filled in the specification to the best of your ability with the information at your disposal we will have a conference to settle the outstanding items. A statement should then be prepared shewing what further designs are needed to complete a Myth with the M.40 unit. The next move will be to produce a specification for Myth with the BM.40 power plant and R.R. radiator and bonnet. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
