BJ11/D25.5.27. 25th May 1927. Dear Mr. Fuller, Patents. Thank you for your letter of 12th May, which makes this matter quite clear. There is just one other point we agreed, namely that if when a patent is first submitted to America for consideration the American Company do not ask the English Company to take out a patent in America, and if in spite of this the English Company do take out the patent in America at their own expense, then the American Company will not at a later date have the right to acquire that patent from the English Company.
