X3117 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}l/MA. October 1st.,1932. Messrs. Donald Sessions & Co. Ltd., 90c Harrow Road, Willesden, London, N.W.10. For the attention of Mr.Donald Sessions. Dear Sirs, We shall be glad to hear from you with regard to the modified set of D.W.S. jacks having greater lift, stronger cases and carried higher up, which you are preparing for our approval. It appears that there is a possibility of D.W.S. Jacks becoming standardised on certain types of our cars in the near future and we are therefore very anxious to get the matter cleared up. Standardisation will of course depend, amongst other things, upon our approval of the modifications which you are incorporating to overcome the failings which were shewn up during the recent Continental test. Your earliest possible attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
