20HP. SPARE WHEEL CARRIER.

Replying to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LC291027. concerning the handle in the place of the hexagon, we raised this question with R.{Sir Henry Royce}, and while he raised no technical objection to the handle we were unable to get his agreement to the change on the grounds that little changes should not be made, but that we should wait and bring them in altogether on India 3. and 4. We suggest however that if you send a standardisation sheet round, pointing out that it is a change costing little, and giving great satisfaction to the customers, probably it would go through.
