SPECIFICATION OF COACHWORK.

CHASSIS.
Bentley "B.4". Untarnishable finish in chromium. 18ins. rims 5.500ins. tyres. Full details of the chassis are given on the drawings supplied.

TYPE OF BODY.
TWO DOOR FOUR SEATER DROP HEAD ALL WEATHER COUPE. See N.Sch.3655.

SEATING.
Four seater. Two sliding bucket seats in front. Rear seat to take two. Latex cushions with spring and hair squabs, but should it be impossible for you to get that thin squabs and cushions which we have called for we agree to the use of any other form of construction including pneumatic. Folding centre armrest to the rear seat and side armrests. The sliding seats to have light type Leveroll Fittings.

FRAMING.
Body to be lightly framed in English Ash. Wheel arches to be in sheet steel .056ins. ( or .062ins.) thick and made by the coachbuilder. For a scale layout of the chassis with a saloon body fitted see N.Sch.3655,

DOORS.
Two doors hung on the rear pillarsand having metal door stops. Doors to be no more than 2.500ins. thick at the lock. Dropping windows of Triplex .187ins. thick.

HEAD.
The primary considerationis that the head shall look well when up and not that it should fold down flush with the waist line. Light metal fittings to be used and covered with twill, with no lining.

WINDSCREEN.
Single piece screen and fixed. Dual electrical screen wiper at base of screen. Triplex .187ins. thick.

SCUTTLE VENTILATION.
By air scoop from below the floor.

WINGS.
Front and rear wings to be finished as far as possible and finally fitted and mounted in Derby by yourselves. Wings to be made of anlumium 14 S.W.G. in the centre and 16i S.W.G. in the valences. No stone gaurds. Mud lips must be fitted around the whole of the edges of the front wings. Steps to match the sweep of the front wwings as drawn. Metal covered with strip rubber tread to match the paintwork.

FLOORS.
The whole of the front floor in front of the platform for the sliding seats will be supplied and fitted by Derby. The sunken floor in the rear to be made in aluminium and lined with wood to prevent drumming. The rear seat board must permit of the inspection and removal of the battery, and the floor odf the boot should have a trap to allow of the removal of the tank fittings.
