Dear Mr. Green, With reference to your application for petrol for business purposes; I have passed the printed Form which you sent us, on to Mr. Grylls. We do not appear to have received the actual application form mentioned in that communication and which they say you must send to us for approval. We cannot forward our recommendation to the Petroleum Officer until we have had it, as it gives the whole story of why the extra petrol is needed. Shall you send this to us as soon as possible.
