650 LOH To DY.{F R Danby} Copy to Dr. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} WRS. E/Sv.2/LN.16.12.36. F.J.HARDY Wraith II Side and Cross Steering Tubes. We have been informed that the butted tube to N.Sch.4974 for Bentley III is the design to be adopted, saving approximately 6/- per chassis, and we would be glad if you would apply this to N.Sch.4965 and N.Sch.4966, replacing the turned down tube by a butted tube, slightly reducing the diameter of the forging. These tubes should be instructed for Wraith II. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
