Phantom III Gearbox.
We send herewith N.Sch.4976 showing a reverse actuating shaft forged solid with the levers to reduce cost.
The question of material for the actuating pieces in the gearbox is under discussion with a view to reducing cost, and until definite conclusions have been reached we cannot say what should be used for this shaft.
N.Sch.4976 herewith.
