If Mr. Markland will let me know what day he is coming I will pass the information on to Mr. Hooker. When Mr. Markland arrives it will be necessary for him to have a temporary pass and if he will ring up Ext. 228 on arrival my secretary will make the necessary arrangements for his welfare.
