New light rear axle.

(1) Bolts increase size. ✓
(2) Reinforce tubes. ✓
(3) Increase heel. ✓
(4) Bolt in central flange increase number especially at corners and bottom.
(5) Torque tube improvement - one piece if possible. X
(6) New bronze sphere.
(7) Axle tubes increased in strength generally, probably in diameter at the central box flange.
(8) I thought that we arranged keys in the solid on the axle tubes for brakes ( possibly it was for double brakes) which should be fitted to these axles. X
