RE LEFT HAND CHASSIS.

I attach a statement Oy. kindly handed to me on Staurday as to his understanding of what should constitute the two Left Hand Experimental Chassis.

This list, I take it, includes all the agreed items as discussed at the Verrey Restaurant Conference, and since at the Conference held a few days ago in my office, and the list of items approved and sent to us by Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}

It does however, include items that have not yet agreed to by us, and it is important, in considering these, to take into consideration:-

Firstly - That we must obtain Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s agreement to any further modifications or improvements.

Secondly -That cost of these items should be considered, and

Thirdly - The time factor - that is to say, we do not want to have any undue delay in getting these experimental chassis approved, so that we shall be ready to go into manufacture of the first 200.

May I suggest that the Design Committee consider this memo in the light of the above remarks, and let us have their recommendations at as early a date as possible. We then might arrange a conference with Oy. and Srn., and afterwards submit the whole matter to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}.
