Dear Sirs, For the attention of Mr. N.F. Stockbridge. Many thanks for your letter of the 1st instant and the interesting information contained therein. We would now like you to produce for us as quickly as possibly a speedometer for our 25/30 HP. chassis, drawings of which we append herewith, Nos.D54875 and D54942. The revolutions per mile for this instrument are as shown on Drawing No. 840. We should like you to produce one of these instruments as soon as possible for us and if it would help matters we would be willing to discuss the question with your representative at our Works when he can inspect samples of the existing instruments.
