Re: F.L.B.50.X TYPE SPARKING PLUGS.

With further reference to your Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs}9/JH.7.9.38, we fitted a set of the above type plugs to Sr.'s trials car (viz. B.35.KU), which have now covered II.283 Kms. up to date.

So far, we find there is little difference between the above type of plug and the FLB.30.X type, inasmuch as the points show signs of burning and we have had to re-set the gaps 3 times, owing to the gap having increased.

We suggest that, when the plugs have been in use for I5.000 Kms. we should return them to you for examination.
