Thanks for your memo. and I quite
appreciate that it is valuable for you to be able to carry
out experiments on cars such as this; but that nevertheless
you would not have done so had you not understood that the
customer was in no hurry for the car.

I think this probably was the case to start with, but the rather
prolonged period led to annoyance.
