| 1381. URGENT AND IMPORTANT. S/W. {Sales / Derby Works} Gry. {Shadwell Grylls} re- Chassis Conference on 1st March. Cx {Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} 1/KW28.2.38. It is very important there should not be two Agendas at this Meeting. I do not know whether you are preparing an Agenda as you have done in the past, but I attach hereto the one I have prepared in the ordinary way, which contains a number of special points at Sg {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} 's request. I have also received this morning your Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Gry {Shadwell Grylls} 2/AP 26.2.38 containing further P.III and Bentley items, and I have added these to my Agenda. If, therefore, you had intended to prepare an Agenda containing additional points to those in mine, or even a more elaborate Agenda, will you please see that only one Agenda is presented at the Meeting, of which I should like to have a copy as well as Sg {Arthur F.
