We understand that you are proposing to modernise this chassis.
On N. sch. 2316/ (herewith) we indicate the steering, pedals, footboards, and seating positions, which we would like you to adopt.
The steering column is that with the large dia. worm used in conjunction with a sheet aluminium standard dashboard with stays to the steering column.
The pedals are EAC. 2. for revised 'D' steering, with the plates set in the position shewn on this drawing, the brake and accelerator pedals having been moved out to the position shewn.
The floorboards are those already instructed for the EAC. 2. revised pedals.
We think this drawing will enable Derby to instruct the necessary pieces.
