Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} 34-EX. We are sending in this car to the Repair Dept. after its return from the Nairobi run. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} has agreed that it can be overhauled exactly as if a customer had asked you to do the job after a similar run. For your information, we can tell you that the front suspension pan is cracked, and most of the steering joints have had considerable wear and various cross members are damaged, also the rear shock absorbers and connections need changing. Will you please let Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} have an estimate for the job. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
