Re: Double Brakes Sheet III
In the axles prior to 14-06 series there were no light plates & I have found one of these broken & Mr Chandler has shown me another more recently.
I should think in view of the above that we ought to modify present double Brakes both at fulcrum pins & also at the brake shoe steadies, and would like your consideration of the matter as you may see some other cause for above effect.
The road wheels on some cars can be rocked fairly considerably, but generally the movement is not great.
