INSTRUCTIONS. 11719 To: Mr Royce Order No. Customer's No. Re: Double Brakes Sheet III In the axles prior to 14-06 series there were no light plates & I have found one of these broken & Mr Chandler has shown me another more recently. I should think in view of the above that we ought to modify present double Brakes both at fulcrum pins & also at the brake shoe steadies, and would like your consideration of the matter as you may see some other cause for above effect.
