For the attention of Mr. Bach.

Dear Sirs,

Confirming our telephone conversation with your Mr. Bach this morning, with reference to sample windscreen regulators which you have recently sent us and to the invoice submitted for these parts, it is understood that it is your practice to invoice samples supplied and to post them to a suspense account and that the parts invoiced are returnable within a reasonable period.

It was explained to Mr. Bach that a considerable time will elapse before we have finalised the design in which we are hoping to incorporate one of your screen regulators. Should you wish it, we can return the sample fittings to you at once, providing that you can supply us with detailed drawings.

Yours faithfully,
