My dear Robotham,
Thank you for your letter of the 11th instant.
I hope you are not peeved about my remarks on not being treated as a private customer. Your letter looked a little like it.
However, the important thing is that I have taken the other axle shaft out and replaced it, so now I feel quite confident. As to the question of whether I have to pay or not, it is quite secondary and I do not want you to think that I am trying to make capital out of our friendship.
