X7770 Bs.{A J. Barnes - Assistant Manager} C. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} HMC. E.A.C.VII. We shall require a scheme for a guard to cover the damped pendulum lever shown on N.Sch.2124. This matter is urgent, as Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} is making an effort to get E.A.C.VII. cleared off in the near future. A further point we would like some information upon is:- Rear Brake Equalising Mechanism (Hand) Rear Brake Equalising Gear. (Servo) Are West WitteringHenry Royce's home town doing this, or are they leaving it to us? In "F" Dept. we require the following information:- 1. Frame and Fittings. Sec.7000. --------------------------- Rear Cross Member. Rear Dumb Irons. Second and Third Cross Members. x Design for front end of rear spring. We have no schemes or information on any of these points. Fourth and Fifth Cross Members. We appear to require some further information in regard to the bends. 2. Luggage Carrier. Section 7008. --------------------------- We have no information as to your proposals in this connection. 3. Rear Springs and Fittings. Section 7030. ----------------------------------- We have detailed the spring, but are awaiting West WitteringHenry Royce's home town for further details. x Have now received information to enable us to proceed with this item.
