Mr. Rolls Royce (Name of the Buyer) Take notice that you are to receive herewith. (When sold in bulk, add) In Sacks, each containing Cwt. Qrs. lbs. [Table of Weights] Weight of Coal and Vehicle: Cwt 10, Qrs 2. Tare Weight of Vehicle: Cwt 13, Qrs 1. Net Wt. grid of Coal herewith delivered to Purchaser: Cwt 1, Qrs 3, lbs 3. Mr.... (Name of the Seller.) ... (Person in charge of the Vehicle.). Weighed by: Aws, Town Hall Weighman, at ...... o'clock. Date 28 Oct 1908. When Coal is delivered by means of a Vehicle the Seller must deliver or send by Post or otherwise to the Purchaser or his Servant, before any part of the Coal is unloaded, a Ticket or Note in this form. Any Seller of Coal who delivers a quantity less than is stated in this Ticket or Note is liable to a Fine. And any person attending on a Vehicle used for delivery of Coal, who refuses to allow an Officer appointed for the purpose to weigh or re-weigh the same or the Vehicle or the animal drawing the same, is liable to a fine. | ||
