Footer Text: When Coal is delivered by means of a Vehicle the Seller must deliver or send by post or otherwise to the purchaser or his Servant, before any part of the load is unloaded, a Ticket or Note in this form. The Seller of Coal who delivers a less quantity than is stated in this Ticket or note is liable to a penalty of £5; any Weigher of a Public work for delivery of Coal who, having received a Ticket or Note to be kept by him, shall refuse or neglect to deliver it to the Purchaser or his Servant is liable, under the Weights and Measures Act, 1889.
