JS.{Mr Johnson's Secretary} } Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} } Re: Sunshine Roof on B.90.BA The creaks and rattles have now been cured, but there remains appreciably more wind noise than on a fixed-head Pressed Steel. I am of the opinion that most of this noise is now coming from the front drain holes, and if as I suspect it is not possible to drain the front of the roof down the front pillar, then I do not think we can hope to reduce the noise any further. In still air it is not now noticeable below 35 m.p.h., but above this speed it becomes gradually more noticeable. The car will be returned to Crewe about Wednesday of this week, and we hope you will confirm that it is considered to be of an acceptable standard. Clm.{D. D. Clapham} Clm{D. D. Clapham} | ||
