X.4383 - GOSHAWK DYNAMOS.

One or two of our Goshawk dynamos are not up-to-date. standard as regards the driving end plate, the position of the lubricator coming out different in relation to the pole pieces.

We should be glad if you would obtain three up-to-date driving end plates to fit to three of these dynamos, viz. B, D and R3, the last mentioned one of which has been already handed to you to be fitted to 3-GII, but which we understand cannot be fitted until this feature has been corrected.

For the time being you have our dynamo F on 3-GII. This should be removed so soon as these end plates are available and R3 can be fitted with one. At that time we can let you have the other dynamos B and D, also to be fitted, but for the present we are using D on fuse tests.
