Camshaft and shock absorber options for Commander Briggs' car, awaiting a decision from Mr. Royce.

2. latest cams in the same way as the present ones. We should like to have Mr. Royce's decision re camshaft for Commander Briggs car. With regard to shock absorbers on 7 C.A. these are as Mr. Royce suggests the 3 stage type. We have not yet had an opportunity of making a comparative test with the R.R. if a little slack is allowed in them X.762. We suggested to Commander Briggs that she first tried his car with the present under the axle spring with (X.2650) Truffault shock absorbers on. As we want to use that type of spring it would be a good thing to keep them on and if necessary clear the body fouling. EH. | ||
