FULLY FLOATING BENTLEY AXLES.

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} wants to try aluminium spring seats on this type of axle. Will you please let us know whether forgings in R.R.56 could be made from the existing dies; if this is not possible we shall try cast R.R.50.

We should like a pair of such spring brackets fitted to 10.B.V. for its French test. We shall also want to bump which ever type is fitted to the car.
