DATE April 21st.1936. attention Mr.Hives. Messrs. Rolls Royce, Ltd., Nightingale Road, DERBY. Dear Sirs, Referring to the conversation between Mr. Hives and the writer. We are rather anxious to submit to you a new streamline tube block for motor car radiators, and if you will be good enough to let us have a drawing giving the dimensions of the complete core, we shall be glad to make up an inner radiator and despatch to you for test purposes. Our numerous tests have proved that this type of block is superior to any other known type, and is also an engineering proposition. We could either send you the core only, or make up the complete inner radiator, if you will be good enough to send us top and bottom tanks and fittings. Regarding aircraft radiators and aeroplane oil coolers, it was suggested we had a contact man who could frequently witness your tests and this we are anxious to do. Perhaps you will be good enough to suggest a day on which the first visit might be made. Yours faithfully, SERCK RADIATORS LIMITED. [Signature] DIRECTOR & GENERAL MANAGER. | ||
