Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Les.15/KT. S. Smith & Sons, Ltd., Cricklewood Works, London. N.W. 2. March 9th 1933. Dear Sirs, We have instructed our Order Office to order 8 bellows units F.100773 from you. You will notice from the drawing that the internal pressure extends the bellows. We should be very grateful to have your criticisms with regard to the flexibility and life of a bellows, when it is extended from its initial position, against one which is compressed in a similar way to the radiator calorstat. This information should in no way delay the delivery of the bellows units on order, as we require these as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
