of time. The rear brake bad groans is a feature which we have not experienced and was a complaint that we were not aware of, the reports of squeaks not specifying this complaint. Upon examining these brakes I found them to be always in a very dry condition. It would appear that the continual heating up of the brakes in the London traffic dries up all the lubrication qualities of the liners, making them a 100% efficiency, and upon application they shudder causing a very bad groan. Other material should be tried out to remedy this condition.
