our Phantom engine requirements although it passes our general Specification.
We therefore submit a revision of our general specification as follows:-
Page 2. clause 5.
The speed limits should read
"The magneto shall be capable of firing this special test gap with shunted leak regularly at a speed of 250 rpm fully retarded and at a speed of 2500 rpm fully advanced etc"
Page 3. clause 7
The low speed figures should read
A.{Mr Adams} 280 rpm.
B. 200 rpm.
C. 170 rpm.
