Fixed Conductance Dynamo Tests.
"Tests have now been carried out in accordance with EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 5/T/4-25.

Test 1a.
Speed to maintain 16.0 volts on the dynamo terminals for various external conductance.

Speed 965 rpm (=13.2 car mph)
Dynamo volts 26.0.
