Dear Sirs: We are in receipt of your letter of the 9th. May reference as above with regard to the tests you are conducting with our filters, and thank you for your kind report. After we had had the report of your bench test we set about increasing the area of the filter element, and this is now being made a standard practice. Therefore, we are sending you under separate cover one of the new filter elements and shall feel obliged if you will fit this in one of the filters that has already choked up, and send the existing element back to us for examination. It may be that you have one of the earlier types, and with the new elements you will have no further trouble. We would inform you that we have increased the area of the element by about 33 1/3%. We therefore await your further report with great interest, and meanwhile we remain, HLT/B. Yours faithfully, THE ZENITH CARBURETTER CO. LTD. [Signature] | ||
