Dear Sirs, We are despatching tonight by passenger train as requested a case containing a set of Berk-shire shock absorbers and special brackets for attaching them to the Phantom model Rolls Royce, and also you will find a tin of special 'dope' which your representative asked us to include, together with the adjusting Key and Gland Spanner as it may be necessary to use the latter during your test to tighten the glands, should they show any slight signs of leaking. You will recognise that the rear brackets are similar to those in use at present on the chassis, except that they have been slightly modified to carry our Shock Absorber. Unfortunately we were unable to drill them to take your chassis bolts as the London Depot were unable to let us have one as a template. We do not anticipate that you will meet any trouble in fixing them, but if we can be of any assistance to you at all, please ring us at Kensington 3801 when we will do everything to assist you.
