OUTSTANDING AGENDA FOR WORKS COMMITTEE.
19/10/20.

(1) Reference Minute (2) of 11/10/20 Goshawk Chassis.
CJ writes - "Please bring this matter before the Works Committee and ask them to form an opinion as to what the difference in cost of manufacture would be between our proposed 20HP and our present car. Then will you kindly inform the Directors of the decision of the Works Committee."
Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} getting prices of all chassis we have made.

(2) Reference Minute (1) of 11/10/20. Chassis Road Springs for U.S.A.
Ref. telegram from R.{Sir Henry Royce} saying "certainly recommend we at once make enormous efforts to obt in supply". This refers to thin leaf springs for America. CJ. wishes this to be brought up once a week before the Works Committee who should record in the minutes to what extent H's wish is being complied with.

(3) Re Experimental Work. - Ref. R4/66.9.20. Mr. Elliott suggests that owing to the backward position of experimental work, he has wondered as to whether it is possible, in the event of a coal strike stopping any part of production, that efforts should be made to keep this particular department going at full speed. CJ. wishes this to be brought before the Works Committee.

(4) Stores. There seems to be great delay in delivery to EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} of parts in the Stores.

(5) Fitting.

(6) Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} - Reference Crl{C. R. Lisson}/15.9.20. Watkin Williams Esq. Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} to get out a Minute.

(7) Reference RJ4/DE27.9.20 to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Our too small remuneration for any suggestions made by workers which might save the firm quite a lot of money.
