At the request of CWB. I attach hereto R.O.W.C. sheet giving weights of the above car, together with buffer to axle clearances.

CWB. wishes to know whether you consider from these figures the springs will be satisfactory.

As you are aware, the old springs are still being kept at "N" in the event of it being necessary for them to be re-fitted. Perhaps you will be good enough to let me know as soon as ever possible whether you consider this should be done.

Also, CWB. pointed out that the car gave one the impression that it was considerably down on the springs at the rear.
