For the attention of Mr. W.E. Robinson.

Dear Sir,

We thank you for your letter of the 23rd. inst. reference X/R3. with respect to the new type dual arm Windscreen Wiper.

We regret to note that this wiper will not be ready for us this week. However, it looks now that there will be a little delay in getting this test car away, so that if you can do anything for us within the next week or so, please let us know, as along with yourselves we should like to take every advantage of this test to prove out this Windscreen Wiper in order that we can recommend a superior Windscreen Wiper to supersede the standard type, which as you know has given a lot of trouble in service.

Yours faithfully,

For Rolls Royce Ltd.
