DIPPING HEAD LIGHTS X.4555.

Sales have informed us that there is likely to be legislation on the subject of head lights, so that the matter is not definitely settled, but we would like you to go ahead with one or two experimental sets as they would possibly help us to arrive at conclusions. In the meantime we shall see what the legislation may be, and it is just possible that the dipping lights may still be both possible and useful.
