Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} 2 Spring Suspension Mechanism. (Continued.) It was agreed that the reduced out of centre point yokes would be fitted on this car. These are fully instructed and are nearly ready for fitting up. Petrol Tank. This will be a standard tank as fitted to 30.G.6. but with the filler on the proper side and an electrically operated reserve and with a single wire petrol gauge. Wing Stays. These have been detailed and it is only necessary to draw up an L.O.P. Frame Drilling Assembly. It was pointed out that the Shop had all the information necessary to drill the frame and that the drawings they were producing were only complete production drilling drawings. Steering Column. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH promised this in 10 days time. Floor Boards. These are detailed and only require modification. Starting Handle. This will be completed before the end of next week. Engine for Left-Hand Car. We agree that the latest engine mounting shall be instructed. Also that the latest studebaker damper shall be instructed. We agree to fitting a rocker cover with the filler at the top. The camshaft is to be left as it is. Also the wheelcase, oil fittings, relief valve to be left as they are. A new induction pipe is to be used. RIPLETTO: It was pointed out that any air silencer which at present could be designed for this engine, was likely to be unsatisfactory and therefore it was agreed that the silencer which EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} has got from A.C's should be fitted so that we can see what it is like.
