BONNET AND DASH. X. 8260 X. 8240

We thank you for your telegram of today.

Herewith we attach a dimension sketch of the KHANPUR contour of the dashboard which will enable you to order blanks. The dimension shewn for the radii at the top are slightly different from those given on your chassis print. We have informed Mr. Cowan and we would be glad if you would alter your original.

The detailed arrangement of the bonnet and dash are in hand and will be despatched to you in a day or so.

As far as the model chassis is concerned this should have no fittings on the dashboard other than a stripping on which the bonnet may rest. The bonnet however should be an actual EAC.2 suitable for use on the finished car, so that we may paint it at the coachbuilders and use it.

Concerning the control of dipping head lights we will let you have these as soon as we possibly can, likewise the arrangement of instruments on the instrument board together with the mixture control, starting carburetter, and louvre controls. These latter pieces however we think are not so urgent at the moment and are not essential for the model which we have to supply to the coachbuilders in about 3 weeks to a months time.
