Dear Mr. Geoffrey Smith,

Thank you for your letter of the 11th -?D December.

It will be quite convenient for us to tackle your car first thing on Monday morning. As you will appreciate that we do not quite know what we may run into on oil consumption, since the work we are going to do on this is somewhat experimental, we do not think we shall have time to attend to the brakes and starter pinion and get the car ready for you the following week-end. If we have time, however, we will certainly arrange for this work to be done. Failing this you could get Kingsbury to deal with these items when you get the car back.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
