Re B.110.DG..Mr.Geoffrey Smith.

I met Mr.Geoffrey Smith today and he tells me that he is sending his car to you this weekend so that you may examine the lead bronze bearings and attend to the bad oil consumption, which I understand is due to these bearings.

I shall be interested to know whether you propose letting him continue with these bearings, whether you are going to replace them with standard, or whether you will let him test out the new bearings which you are trying.
