The front brakes are certainly not as effective as they should be, and require dismantling for examination. At high speeds on French roads I consider the springing of the rear of the car too light, it requires more damping effect. Today we have run into Paris, 115 miles, and handed the car over to G.W. Hancock at our Paris depot. I personally came up in the Invicta car, and do not know how 21EX performed today, but PN{Mr Northey} passed no further remarks re same. I have explained the brake trouble to Hancock and he will no doubt report to you after examining same. We are leaving for England with the 20HP car tomorrow morning. Gaw Lymann. 3-7-29. | ||
