Chassis Cables.

We are in receipt of your memo reference ROY{Sir Henry Royce}/Ms.6/P.20.6.34, and note the comparisons in prices of our present cables as compared with the quotations received from Messrs. Ward & Goldstone of Manchester.

We are of the opinion that it is desirable in the first place to obtain from these people a sample 10 ft. length of each of the various specifications which we use on our chassis production so that these can be examined by Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. in order that we may satisfy ourselves that the quality is as good as the cables we are at present using.

We shall be glad therefore if you will kindly arrange for the firm in question to supply one 10 ft. length of cable to each of the specifications which are now used as standard on our chassis production.
