With reference to your memo. Py6/DG12.8.21, we attach herewith copy of our reply to Mr. Sharpe, driver to Mr. Fisher.

We think it would perhaps be advisable for Mr. Hanbury to arrange for one of his inspectors to make an early call to see this car. In the meantime we will let you know what the driver has to say in reply to our letter.

For your information, this car is now fitted with thin leaf springs of correct strength for the revised load as given to us by the driver when the car was last at the works.
