R.R. 403 (40 H) (SL 42 12-7-23). J.H., D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} EXPERIMENTAL REPORT. COPIES TO RCJ BJ WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} By E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} RG{Mr Rowledge} Expl. No. 8140 REF. HSJ/LGM.4.25. OBJECT OF TEST. TESTER. Investigations on EAC. THROTTLE GOVERNOR. W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham. CONDITIONS. Road and test bench. SUMMARY OF TEST. The fitting of ball bearings to the camshaft has made a very definite improvement. Under normal conditions one cannot notice any lack of selectiveness. The car we propose to bring to W.W. will be fitted up in this manner. The reason the Sales asked for greater range on the hand control was so that the governor could be used for changing gear and so that the car would pick up on a hill on the governor. HSJ. | ||
