4694 To Mr. Rowledge and-Worr from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} E.1/HP.2.7.34. c. Ms. Hives, Hall, SV. SpectreCodename for Phantom III. We are mocking up a model of the frame, Radiator, Bonnet, front apron, side strips, and front part of the chassis generally for the purpose of producing the front mudguards and valances in time for the chassis assembly. We shall want SV's help on this to produce a nice looking job. The treatment required will be somewhat novel on account of the independent front suspension. Later we shall require a wooden model of that part of the frame behind the dash for building the second body, and this might be combined with the forward part to get the bonnet lines.
