PHANTOM III. THROTTLE SPRING BRACKET.

We have looked into the question of press tools for producing the simplified design of bracket shown on LeC.5791, and find that existing tools will be suitable for the purpose.

No additional tool cost will therefore be involved by standardisation of this piece.
