(23) Centre steering lever and cross steering levers to be checked up for alignment, etc.

(24) Brake Assemblies. All four. Linings, toggle shafts, rear bell crank levers, front off stops need examining.

(25) Electrical.

Dynamo.
Regulator - cutout unit.
Motor.
Main switch.
Headlamps.
Foot swithh.
Petrol pump switch.
Dimmer switch.
Battery.
Ignition Coils.
Ballast resistance.
Distributors.
H.T. Wires.
Plugs.

(26) Front Jack Brackets.
Rear jacks will have to be returned to Lockheed owing to leaks.

In order that the car shall be running again quickly and should any delay arise in the inspection, will you please rebuild the car with engine unit No.16 and gearbox No.11.HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} As we have no spare axle or front suspension, these parts should be rebuilt with the minimum of delay.
