X.4240. Extract from Hsl/LG15.11.21. RADIATOR VENT PIPE. X.4240 The vent pipe from the radiator is fixed by means of a flange joint and two studs. The clip for the pipe at the bottom of the radiator is not firm enough to prevent it from rattling. We know of no reason why the vent pipe should not be permanently soldered to the radiator in a similar manner to what we have always used on the 40/50 H.P. chassis. If this is done we can easily prevent the pipe from rattling by soldering it. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
